Getting Your Loan First

This month I was going to tell you all about the terrific loans there are and how there is still a lot of money to be loaned out. But I decided that it is better to get your information prior to the loan info. For me that would be putting the cart before the horse.

Since you are planning to buy a house from me in the near future, I think it is appropriate to get your data. I have a little bit of your information, but not all of it, so I have attached the form for you to fill in with all your background information.  Please fill in the 2nd and 3rd section with your name(s) you use for legal documents. Then go to the next page and fill in the lender you are planning to use and insurance company at the bottom. A note about lenders: I prefer you use a lender from this area where you are planning to buy. this is due to the local lenders know the local idiosyncrasies, where as a lender from the other part of the state or country will have a really tough time getting their loan through. Plus they have to be licensed her in AZ. I have several very good and reputable lenders for you to pick from. Please ask me for the list
