Thanks so much for the info.  I printed out your schedule so I would be aware of it.  I really appreciate your communication and consideration.  That makes a big difference to me as we would be purchasing property "out of state", so to speak, and having a realtor who is willing to communicate on-line and over the phone and such is important.

Hi Eliot,
Mando and I would like to thank you very much for the
gift basket you left us at the townhouse!  That was a nice surprise. 

We did a real quick turnaround trip over the weekend
to get the keys and do a few things at the house.  So
we didn't get a chance to call and get together with
you this time, but we are planning another trip at the
end of this month to do more.  We'll get there on
Friday the 27th in the morning and leave on Sunday the
29th, so we'll give you a call to see what you're up to.

You've done so much for us and we really appreciate
all your hard work.  It's so nice to work with someone
as dedicated as you are, and we'll definitely refer
you to anyone that is looking for a place out there.
